Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions must be followed when withdrawing winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Processing a withdrawal request generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.
- A withdrawal request may not be accepted before the wagering requirements related to a bonus are fulfilled.

Terms and Conditions of Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions
520db offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. Detailed terms of the welcome bonus:
- 120% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: deposit ৳26,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus, total balance ৳41,000.
- The bonus applies only once and only at the time of the first deposit.
- After activating the bonus, wagering must be completed within the set time period.
General Bonus Policy
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:
- Each bonus offer may have specific wagering conditions — read them carefully before accepting the offer.
- The relevant wagering conditions must be fulfilled before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
- 520db reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.
- If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
VIP Program Terms and Conditions
520db's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits for each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active. 520db reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports Betting Terms and Conditions
The following rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:
- A bet once accepted cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The official scorecard and the decision of the relevant authority are final in determining results.
- If a game or event is interrupted due to a technical issue, 520db will make a decision in accordance with applicable policies.
- 520db reserves the right to investigate if an inconsistent or unusual betting pattern is detected.
- For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international matches, if evidence of match fixing is found, the related bets will be cancelled.
Casino Games Terms and Conditions
When participating in live casino and slots games:
- Each game has its own rules — read the game information section before playing.
- 520db reserves the right to take corrective action in the case of errors caused by a technical fault in game software.
- In situations arising from a network disconnection, the result of a game round will be determined according to server logs.
- Cheating or using automated software in any game is prohibited.
